  • Medium Bowl
  • Airtight Container / Jar (Optional for storing)


  • 3 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp dried thyme
  • 3 tbsp ground allspice
  • 3 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp turbinado sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½  tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp dried sage
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary


  • Combine and mix well the onion powder, thyme, allspice, black pepper, turbinado sugar, garlic powder, sea salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, marjoram, sage, and rosemary together in a medium bowl.
  • You can use it immediately or store it in a jar if you want to use it some other time. Make sure that the jar's lid is closed tightly to maintain its pungent smell and freshness.
