- A smoker of your choice (I recommend a pellet grill)
- Commercial grade tin foil
- Kitchen twine
- 4 large ears of fresh corn on the Cob with husks
- 2 tablespoons of salted melted butter
- ⅛ tsp teaspoon salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- Start your smoker and get the temperature stable at 225ºF.
