- 1/4 lbs butter
- 1 tbsp BBQ rub
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Start your smoker, grab your pellets, and get the temperature stable of 225ºF.
- Prepare the lobster for separating the shell and meat.
- Prepare the butter mixture and marinate tail meat.
- Place the lobster tails directly onto the grill and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- Remove from the grill and enjoy!
