- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener (it can be Honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees F for indirect grilling.
- Cut off all the leaves of the cauliflower make sure the cauliflower head is intact.
- Boil the Cauliflower or microwave it (optional).
