1) Cut off the garlic

Take a bulb of garlic and chop off the top part of the garlic now place this garlic on a grill-save surface and pour some olive oil on it, shower the garlic well with the olive oil. olive oil and garlic fused together are really good for health as it produces nutrients like Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and iron, these nutrients are a good immunity booster.

2) Heat up the smoker

Preheat your smoker it could be pellet, electric, or gas but the preferred one is the pellet, the temperature to cook roasted garlic is 225 degrees F, so set the temperature to 225 degrees F. Now when it comes to wood chips you can use any wood chips you feel like but applewood is considered to be a good wood chip when it comes to making smoked garlic bulbs the reason for that is applewood chips are slightly sweet and mild in smoke flavor whereas the hickory or the oak wood chips will create a more heavy and dark smoke product.
