Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp whiskey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix it well until the sugar and salt dissolves.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes to make sure that all the flavor of the powder, salt and pepper has been absorbed by the liquid mixture. It's now ready!
  • Lay your brisket flat and inject the marinade from the top to the inside of the meat. Slowly inject then squeeze the injector until the liquid mixture starts to leak a little then move to a new location for about 2 inches away then inject again. Make sure to inject into the entire brisket as many as possible.
