- Medium Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp whiskey
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix it well until the sugar and salt dissolves.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes to make sure that all the flavor of the powder, salt and pepper has been absorbed by the liquid mixture. It's now ready!
- Lay your brisket flat and inject the marinade from the top to the inside of the meat. Slowly inject then squeeze the injector until the liquid mixture starts to leak a little then move to a new location for about 2 inches away then inject again. Make sure to inject into the entire brisket as many as possible.
