blue cheese crumbles

roughly chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat your smoker (or oven) to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and ranch seasoning. Spread this on the bottom of a 12-inch cast iron skillet.
Mix the Buffalo sauce with smoked chicken. Spread this over the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top of the Buffalo chicken.
Smoke or bake the dip for about 15 minutes, until melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and garnish with onions and cilantro.
Serve hot with your favorite dippers like veggies, chips, or crostini. Enjoy!
