Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil (preferably canola or olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 1/4 cup of beer.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to the bowl.
  • Whisk all of the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  • You're now ready to use your Brisket Mop Sauce! Apply it to your brisket every 30 minutes to an hour during the cooking process, being careful not to disrupt any rubs or seasoning that may already be on the meat.
