Instructions
 

  • Thaw your turkey in the refrigerator for 1-2 days before cooking.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/176°C.
  • Brush the outside of the turkey in oil, wrap in foil, and place in a roasting tin.
  • Roast for approximately 5 minutes per pound.
  • When the internal temperature reaches 165°F/73°C, remove it from the oven.
  • When cooled, carve and serve!
