Beef Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Beef Back Ribs
  • ¼ cup Yonedas Gold Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Boar’s Night Out White Lightning
  • 1 tbsp Yonedas Grannies Gold Mustard Sauce
  • ¼ cup Yonedas Smoked Hickory BBQ Sauce

Instructions

1. Preparation

  1. Preheat your smoker to 300°F.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Use a paper towel to grip and pull it off cleanly.
  3. Coat the ribs with Yonedas Grannies Gold Mustard Sauce.
  4. Season generously with Yonedas Gold Seasoning and Boar’s Night Out White Lightning.
  5. Let the ribs sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to allow the seasoning to set.

2. Smoking the Ribs

  1. Place the ribs on the smoker, bone side down.
  2. Smoke for 3 hours at 300°F to develop a deep bark.
  3. After 3 hours, remove the ribs and wrap them tightly in butcher paper.
  4. Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker and cook for another 2 hours to finish and tenderize.

3. Rest, Slice, and Serve

  1. Check for tenderness by inserting a meat probe — it should slide in with little resistance, like butter.
  2. Let the ribs rest for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Slice between the bones, brush with Yonedas Smoked Hickory BBQ Sauce, and serve hot.
