Ingredients
- 1 Loaf of French Bread
- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- ½ cup Mustard or Prepared Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onion
Instructions
1. Preheat the Smoker
Set your smoker or BBQ to 350°F.
2. Prep the Bread
Slice the loaf of French bread lengthwise to expose as much surface as possible. In a small bowl, mix together the butter and mustard until fully combined.
3. Assemble the Topping
Spread the mustard-butter mixture generously across the cut sides of the bread. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped green onions evenly over the top.
4. Grill the Bread
Place the bread directly on the smoker (cut side up) or use a foil tray. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the butter has fully melted and the edges of the bread are crispy and golden.
5. Serve Hot
Remove from the smoker, slice into individual pieces, and serve while warm.
