Try this recipe if you’re bored of basic garlic bread and want to wow your guests with a flavor-packed, crispy bread that’s ridiculously easy to throw on the grill or smoker. It’s a guaranteed hit with ribs, brisket, pulled pork—or even on its own.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 each Loaf of French Bread
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Mustard or Prepared Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or smoker to 350°F
  • Slice bread lengthwise for max surface area
  • Mix mustard and butter together
  • Spread on bread and top with sesame and green onion
  • Grill for 10 minutes until golden and crispy
  • Slice and serve hot
