Ingredients
  

  • 4 each Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cup Fergolicious BBQ Sweet Luv Rub
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1 block Mozarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Yonedas Chicken and Rib BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker or grill to 350°F
  • Prepare all ingredients (asparagus, cheese, seasoning, twine/toothpicks)
  • Butterfly chicken breasts and season with Sweet Luv rub
  • Stuff with mozzarella, parmesan, and asparagus
  • Secure with toothpicks or twine
  • Sear on the grill for char marks (keep seam side up)
  • Transfer to foil tray and smoke until internal temp reaches 165°F
  • Glaze with BBQ sauce and rest under foil for 5–10 minutes
  • Slice and serve with your favorite sides
