Instructions
Preheat the smoker to 350F.
Place the cast iron skillet on the hot grill to warm up
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients and mix until smooth
Pour the batter directly into the hot cast iron skillet
Smoke for 30 minutes or until it's golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Remove from smoker and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving
