Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Gluten free saltine crackers
  • 1 cup Salted Butter
  • 300 grams Milk chocolate chips 1 package
  • 200 grams Skor Bits 1 package
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker to 350°F
  • Line a pan with parchment or foil and arrange crackers in a single layer
  • Boil butter and brown sugar for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly
  • Smoke for 5 minutes, then top with chocolate chips
  • Return to smoker for 1 minute to melt chocolate
  • Spread chocolate, sprinkle with Skor bits
  • Chill in fridge for 2 hours, then crack into pieces and serve
