- 1 package Gluten free saltine crackers
- 1 cup Salted Butter
- 300 grams Milk chocolate chips 1 package
- 200 grams Skor Bits 1 package
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
Preheat smoker to 350°F
Line a pan with parchment or foil and arrange crackers in a single layer
Boil butter and brown sugar for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly
Smoke for 5 minutes, then top with chocolate chips
Return to smoker for 1 minute to melt chocolate
Spread chocolate, sprinkle with Skor bits
Chill in fridge for 2 hours, then crack into pieces and serve
