lbs chicken wings
Seasoning

cornstarch

garlic powder

Buffalo Sauce:
½
cup
Franks Red Hot Sauce
½
cup
unsalted butter
Blue Cheese Sauce:
5
oz blue cheese
¼
cup
mayonnaise
¼
cup
sour cream
1
clove of garlic, crushed

tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Dry wings with paper towels or let 'em air-dry in the fridge.
Mix seasoning ingredients, toss with wings to coat.
Heat smoker to around 400°F.
Cook wings for 45 minutes or until they reach 165°F and have crispy skin.
While the wings are smoking, prepare the buffalo sauce and the blue cheese dressing sauce
For buffalo sauce, melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
For blue cheese sauce, blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth
Toss smoked wings in buffalo sauce.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and enjoy!
