Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, parsley, black pepper, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
  • Place chicken breasts in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and discard the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
