boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)

yellow squash (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)

zucchini (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)

red or orange bell peppers (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)

red onion (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)
Marinade Ingredients:

white wine vinegar

garlic (minced)

red pepper flakes

lemon (zest and lemon juice)
Instructions
Cut boneless skinless chicken breast and veggies into 1.5-inch pieces, keep them uniform.
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate chicken and veggies for 6-8 hours is perfect.
Skewer meat and veggies in a repeating pattern, season with salt and pepper.
Grill kabobs for 4-5 minutes, then turn and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
Check the chicken's internal temperature (165°F is perfect).
Serve kabobs hot off the grill or let them rest for a minute or two before eating.
