- 16 each Chicken drumsticks skin on. Enough for 2-3 per person
- ¼ cup Prairie Smoke and Spice Tumbleweed Rub
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¾ lbs Salted Butter
- 1 bottle Prairie Smoke and Spice Blue Ribbin sauce
- ¼ cup Big Poppa Smokers Happy Endings Finishing Rub
Preheat smoker to 300°F
Pull back skin on drumsticks and season inside and out
Add butter to tray and smoke for 30 minutes
Baste and continue cooking 15 more minutes
Add Blue Ribbin BBQ Sauce to tray
Increase heat to 400°F and grill drumsticks directly until sauce is set
Rest 5 minutes and finish with Happy Endings Finishing Rub
