Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon (zest & juice)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a gallon-sized ziplock bag and add the boneless chicken thighs. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (between 400-450 degrees F).
  • Grill chicken thighs for approximately 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Remove chicken thighs from the grill, transfer them to a plate or serving tray, cover lightly with foil, and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the delicious, juicy grilled chicken thighs to your family or guests.
