Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each chicken breast
Lay out 4 ham slices, and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each.
Gently roll the ham and cheese, then stuff the chicken pocket with the ham and cheese roll. Secure the chicken with toothpicks
Season the chicken's outer surface with your favorite chicken seasoning.
Place the stuffed chicken on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 15-18 minutes per side
Flip once while cooking, and make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before taking it off the grill.
While the chicken cooks, mix all ingredients for the Dijon mustard cream sauce in a small bowl. Place it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
After your chicken reaches 165°F, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with the Dijon sauce, and enjoy your Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu!
