  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Fire up your grill and maintain a steady temperature of 375°F.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each chicken breast
  • Lay out 4 ham slices, and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each.
  • Gently roll the ham and cheese, then stuff the chicken pocket with the ham and cheese roll. Secure the chicken with toothpicks
  • Season the chicken's outer surface with your favorite chicken seasoning.
  • Place the stuffed chicken on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 15-18 minutes per side
  • Flip once while cooking, and make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before taking it off the grill.
  • While the chicken cooks, mix all ingredients for the Dijon mustard cream sauce in a small bowl. Place it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
