Preheat your pellet smoker to 275°F.
Prepare your Texas Style Rub by combining 2 tbsp Smoked paprika, 2 tbsp Sea salt, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Black pepper. 2 tsp Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp Onion powder, 2 tsp Dried oregano, 1 tsp Ground cumin.
Season the roast generously with your preferred BBQ rub, covering it completely.
Place the seasoned roast in the preheated pellet smoker.
Smoke the roast for 2-3 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 130°F.
Remove the roast from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
