Ingredients
  

  • 5-7 lb Beef Top Round
  • Coarse Kosher Salt Coarse grained
  • Texas Style Rub (2 tbsp Smoked paprika, 2 tbsp Sea salt, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Black pepper. 2 tsp Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp Onion powder, 2 tsp Dried oregano, 1 tsp Ground cumin)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your pellet smoker to 275°F.
  • Prepare your Texas Style Rub by combining 2 tbsp Smoked paprika, 2 tbsp Sea salt, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Black pepper. 2 tsp Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp Onion powder, 2 tsp Dried oregano, 1 tsp Ground cumin.
  • Season the roast generously with your preferred BBQ rub, covering it completely.
  • Place the seasoned roast in the preheated pellet smoker.
  • Smoke the roast for 2-3 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 130°F.
  • Remove the roast from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve your perfectly cooked and juicy smoked top round roast hot off the pellet smoker!
