Pork Chops Rub
This flavorful rub is an important recipe for your good piece of pork chops! This will give you a strong but delicious blend of herbs and spices.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the rub.
Stir the mixture until all the spices are evenly mixed.
Take your pork chops and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops. Make sure to rub it in evenly.
Place the pork chops in the refrigerator and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Place the pork on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
Store any unused smoked pork rub in an airtight container.
