Pork Rub Recipe
When cooked correctly, pork can be incredibly succulent, though it can be flavourless when not prepared the correct way. This pork rub ensures incredible flavours that will elevate both the taste and texture of this versatile meat.

- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground mustard
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
Rinse and pat the pork dry with paper towels
Take your pork and generously apply the pork rub to all sides of the meat, making sure to rub it in well.
Allow the pork to sit with the rub on it for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Place the pork on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 195°F.
Store any unused smoked pork rub in an airtight container.
