  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 Seasoning Mix: Salt, Black pepper, Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your smoker to 250°F. Let it heat up for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush the mixture onto the chicken wings.
  • Place the chicken wings on the smoker's grates.
  • Close the lid and smoke the chicken wings for 30 minutes at 250°F.
  • After 30 minutes, increase the smoker temperature to 425°F.
  • Continue to smoke the chicken wings until they reach an internal temperature 165°F (use a meat thermometer to check).
  • Once they reach the desired temperature, remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy your delicious, smoky backyard BBQ smoked chicken wings!
