Ingredients
  

  • 4 large ears of fresh corn on the Cob with husks
  • 2 tablespoons of salted melted butter
  • tsp teaspoon salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Start your smoker and get the temperature stable at 225ºF.
  • Pull husks back from the corn. Remove the silks but keep the husks intact.
  • Preparing the mixture to be brushed on the corn.
  • Brush the corn with the prepared mixture.
  • Place the corn on the grill racks and smoke for 45 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  • Remove the corn, pull the husks, brush it with the prepared butter mixture.
