Take the potatoes, and using an apple corer, make a hole in the potato.
Place the cored part aside for later use. You can use that as a plug later.
Fill the holes in the potatoes with the feeling of your choice as you have soo many options to choose from.
Now take the bacon and wrap it around the potato tightly. Then Apply olive oil to it and cover it with aluminum foil.
Preheat the smoker to 375 degrees F. Place the potatoes on the grill and put them in the smoker. Cook it for about an hour or until it is soft enough to eat.
Once it is cooked, remove it from the smoker, and slice it in half, then serve with sour cream and enjoy.
