Preheat your barbecue to its maximum heat setting.
Take the frozen burger patties out of the freezer and remove any paper separators. Season both sides of each patty generously with Yonedas Gold Seasoning.
2. Cooking the Burgers
Place the frozen patties directly on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes before flipping. Continue flipping every 3-5 minutes until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
3. Adding Cheese & Toasting Buns
Once the burgers are cooked, brush the top of each patty with Yonedas Grannies Gold Mustard Sauce and then top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
While the cheese melts, butter the buns and place them face down on the grill to toast and crisp the edges slightly.
4. Assembling the Burger
Once the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted, assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bun. Close it up and add any additional toppings you prefer, such as bacon, ketchup, mayo, or fresh veggies.
