Best wood for smoking?
Apple, cherry, or pecan. Avoid strong woods like mesquite.
How can I make it spicier?
- Add up to ¾ cup hot sauce
- Mix in diced jalapeños
- Sub Yonedas Spicy White Seasoning
- Use spicy cheese like habanero jack
No smoker? No problem.

- Slow cooker on low
- Warming tray
- Back on smoker at low heat
Is it gluten-free?

How long do leftovers last?
Up to 4 days in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave, oven, or smoker.
Best dippers for serving:
