Ingredients
Instructions
1. Preparation
- Preheat your grill to high heat (around 400°F or as hot as it will get).
- Rub the ribs with a light coat of vegetable oil.
- Season the ribs generously with Yonedas Gold Seasoning (use more than you think — some will fall off while grilling).
- Let the ribs sit at room temperature for a few minutes until the rub starts to melt into the meat.
2. Cooking
- Place the ribs directly on the hot grill.
- Flip the ribs every 2.5 minutes — you’ll flip a total of 3 times so that each side cooks twice.
- Grill until each side has cooked for about 10 minutes total.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Serving
- Serve with Prairie Smoke and Spice Blue Ribbin Sauce on the side, or brush the ribs with sauce right before serving.
- The bones are easy to remove while eating. For kids, you can cut the meat off the bones before plating.
