- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika or smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Measure out your ingredients so you have the perfect amount of everything.
