Smoked Frozen Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc Homemade Pizza / Store-bought Pizza (Frozen)
  • Olive oil (to brush the pizza crust)
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (optional)
  • Fresh chopped basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your pellet smoker to 300°F.
  • Place your pizza stone on the smoker grate and allow it to preheat along with the smoker. If you do not have a pizza stone, you can use any baking sheet or tray.
  • Remove the frozen pizza from its packaging and place it on a baking sheet. Brush the crust with olive oil to prevent it from sticking to the pizza stone.
  • Once the pellet smoker has reached the desired temperature, carefully transfer the frozen pizza onto the preheated pizza stone. Close the lid and smoke the pizza for about 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, check the pizza for doneness. The cheese should be melted and bubbly, and the crust should be crispy and golden brown. If it needs more time, smoke it for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the pizza is cooked to your liking, carefully remove it from the pellet smoker using a pizza peel or spatula. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Top with fresh chopped basil
