- 3 tbsp coarse kosher salt
- 2 tbsp ground or espresso coffee
- 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Measure out the right amount of each ingredient.
Combine all ingredients together & mix thoroughly.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container for future use.
