Smoked Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener (it can be Honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees F for indirect grilling.
  • Cut off all the leaves of the cauliflower make sure the cauliflower head is intact.
  • Boil the Cauliflower or microwave it (optional).
  • Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients well together until becomes a paste.
  • Rub the marinade on the cauliflower.
  • Now place the cauliflower on the grate and put it in the preheated smoker and smoke it for 1 hour.
  • Once it is fork-tender take it out and serve with some amazing avocado dressing and tomato sauce.
