- Food processor
- Zester
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked trout fillets
- 8 oz cream cheese sour
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 lemon, medium-sized
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- salt & pepper
