Step 1 – Get The Best Portion Of Meat For Smoking
You can get the best pork chops or boneless chops from any nearby grocer or any butcher’s shop. I would say try to go to a butcher’s shop because you can get a fresh piece of meat that will be rich in taste and nutrition calories.
Step 2 – Brine
After purchasing the meat from the market, you can straightforwardly remove pork chops and place them in a small bow for brining. To prepare the brine solution, take some water and add some salt and brown sugar in a small bowl. Brine pork chops for some time in that very solution.

Step 3 – Prepare Smoker
After that, to infuse the meat with a tempting smoke flavour, you need to set up your grill to do the needful.
